Hello, I’m James Kyle, with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Originally from England, I’ve called St Lucia home for the past 25 years. My journey in construction began in 1991, when I first came to the island to work on a hotel carpentry project for a British company. A subsequent promotion to Project Manager of Carpentry came during another venture, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, now operating as Sandals Grand Resort. This period marked my becoming a citizen of St Lucia.

After completing the Hyatt project, I ventured out on my own, establishing Kyle Construction Ltd. I later relocated to England for three years, collaborating with a reputable construction company on various home-building projects. Upon returning to St Lucia, I accepted a role as Project Manager at the luxurious Mount Du Cap, dedicating seven years to its development.

As market demand shifted, I re-established my own company, undertaking new home builds and house refurbishment projects. Today, my portfolio includes over twenty homes in both St Lucia and England, and I’ve successfully completed more than 40 refurbishment projects, building lasting relationships with satisfied clients.
